Using sophisticated order processing and inventory management software systems,Greenstaurant is able to process, pack, and ship your order quickly and efficiently. With few exceptions, most orders are picked and packed for shipment at our Conyers, Georgia, warehouse within 1-2 business days after the order is received online. Those few exceptions are related to merchandise availability, daily shipping cut-off times, and weekend/holiday shipping availability.
Greenstaurant.com offers Free Shipping on all orders $99 within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Orders ship via UPS Ground. Orders exceeding 10 cases or more may be shipped via common carrier.

UPS does not offer pickup or delivery services on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. In the United States, UPS observes the following holidays:

Expedited Shipping Options
In addition to UPS Ground, we also offer these shipping options:
UPS Next Day Air – Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination
UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery by the end of the second business day, some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time
UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery by the end of the third business day, available in the 48 contiguous states
If your order is placed after 1 p.m. Eastern, we cannot guarantee that it will ship on that day. While we try to ship expedited orders out as quickly as possible, if the order comes in late in the day it may be shipped on the next business day.
Expedited shipping methods do not affect our order processing time. However, expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for UPS to get your order to its final destination once it is picked up from our warehouse.
The following example illustrates this concept: An order is placed on a Thursday at 10pm with UPS Next Day Air. Using the UPS pickup and delivery schedule, the earliest the shipment would be available for pickup is on Friday, available for delivery on Monday – the next business day.
You may return products within (60) sixty days of purchase for credit. Products being returned must be new, unopened and in sellable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping the products back either via UPS or the USPS. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Please include a copy of the original packing slip as well as a note with the reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
